How can I track my order

You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can then follow your package as it makes its way to you! You'll also receive an email when the order delivers.

Once a tracking number is provided, the package is out of our hands. If you have questions about the progress of your shipment en route, please contact the courier directly.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing; however, a vast majority of orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days. The shipping timeline will depend on your location, but you can track the package as soon as you receive the shipment confirmation.

Why does my package smell like salt and vinegar chips?

On occasion, clothing items arrive with a vinegar-like smell or a faint off-white residue. No worries—that's an eco-conscious fixation agent that helps our prints stay on the shirts without flaking or cracking.

This is an industry standard for all DTG (direct-to-garment) prints in order to provide top-tier print quality. If you experience this, it's totally normal, temporary, and comes out in the first wash.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, orders are exclusive to beach bums in the US. We'll see what the future holds! If you're interested in ordering internationally, please let us know on our contact page. We'll take it into consideration as we continue to expand.

What's your return policy?

We just want you to be happy! If you have concerns, your item is showing any signs of defects from production, or you received the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it. 

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange. Any returns that are accepted at the discretion of From Out West must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received and will be for store credit. 

Since orders are processed immediately and most products are made to order (special just for you!), we're unable to accommodate requests for cancellations, exchanges, or returns. Items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. That said, requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out if you have any concerns.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).

How do I know which size to buy?

Unless otherwise noted, all items are a unisex fit. We have helpful size guides for all products, which you can view here. If you'd like an oversized fit, please order 1-3 sizes up.
